**BOOKING ONLINE**

You can book a swim through our online booking site BookWhen. The schedule will be displayed.

Select your swim
Select your single ticket(s)* €5 each – you can add as many as you like to booking
Click View Selections – to review your booking(s)
Click Book Now to finalise purchase

Booker

Enter your email address (required) and Click Continue

Details

Attendee Details – enter details for each attendee on the booking (requirement to know who will be in the pool for each session) – Click on Add another attendee
Once these details are added and you add a password they will be saved to select on future bookings

COVID related questions *if you answer YES to any of these you should ALL stay at home
Click Continue

Payment

Click Pay by Card
Enter your card details
Click Pay

Confirmation

You will see a confirmation of booking with reference – a confirmation email will be sent to the email address used.

Set a Password

This is recommended to make booking future swims easier. You can login to your account at any time to see your tickets / passes / bookings.

*If you want to book swims at the pool multiple times for multiple people this season, then a Swim Pass would be better value for you. Select Class Passes to see the options available.

How do I access my account?

Go to our online booking site BookWhen
Click on Login
Enter your email address and password
To view bookings click on 3 lines at top left to see View Bookings option

If you did not add a password when you made a booking, click on the link to the booking in the confirmation email. It will give you the option to add a password to your account.

How do I transfer / cancel a Booking?

Click on View Bookings – Your most recent booking will be displayed – Scrolldown (mobile) to view your Upcoming Bookings and Other Bookings
Select the booking you would like to transfer / cancel
Click Ticket Options
Transfer Ticket – you can change the type of swim session as well as date and time and the swim ticket will be transferred over
Cancel Ticket - Click on OK to confirm cancellation – **if this is a Single Ticket the cancellation cannot be undone** – If its on a pass it will be added back to the pass

**TIMETABLE**

You can view the available sessions on the Schedule and the number of available places are also displayed under each session. Use the calendar at the top to view different days.

**SWIM PASSES**

Go to our online booking site BookWhen
Click on Class Passses

There are 3 options:

10 x Swim Pass – €40
50 x Swim Pass – €150
100 x Swim Pass – €200

Click Select beside the pass you would like
Your pass will be added to your cart at the top of the page
Click on Schedule to add a swim booking to the order – see above instructions (required with a pass purchase)
The pass can be used to book multiple swims for multiple people on a booking
Come back to Class Passes tab to check on the status of your pass e.g how many passes used

**AT THE POOL**

Check In – You must arrive 10 minutes early to check-in and be ready to swim.

Changing Rooms – Changing rooms are available BEFORE & AFTER your swim.

Children - Children under 6 MUST BE accompanied by an adult in the water at all times for open swims.

Deep End - You must be able to swim 2 lengths of the pool and tread water for 20 seconds before entering the deep end.

Inflatables - Inflatables are NOT allowed to be used in the Pool.

Swim Hats – They must be worn in the pool. There are swim hats available to purchase at the pool for €5 – cash only. Please ask a lifeguard if you need one.

Swim Nappies - Waterproof swim nappies must be worn by babies and toddlers.

Weather - The pool remains open if its raining. It’s lovely to swim in an outdoor heated pool in the rain. If a thunderstorm is forecasted the pool will be closed for safety reasons.

**SWIMMING LESSONS**

Children’s Swimming lessons

We are running swimming lessons (aged 5-16 years) for 4 different levels. They will run for 45 minutes duration.

You just need to buy the pass for the lesson you want – ensure you select your child’s name, then they will be automatically booked in.

Places are limited and more lessons may be available if there is enough demand for them. If the level you want is fully booked, please join the waitlist – Click on lesson, click on Join the Waitlist at top (in green). We use the demand on the waitlist to determine if we need to schedule more lessons.

Adult Swimming Lessons

They have been scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm – 45 minute duration, costing €10 each. You can book one lesson or as many lessons as you like on our booking system.

Private Swimming Lessons

Please send us an email with your phone number and brief details of lessons required and we will pass them on to the instructor. They will contact you to arrange a booking. Cost is €30 per one to one lesson for an adult or child. They are only available during pool opening hours.

**WATER SAFETY WEEK**

Water Safety Ireland delivers sessions to help the child develop skills in rescue, survival and resuscitation. Up to 16 years. Costing €50 per child. They will be on:

Prep classes are on July 4-8 at 12pm for 45 min
Water Safety Week on July 18-22

**POOL HIRE**

It’s €60 for an hour and €90 for 2 hours for a maximum of 25 people. You can hire the pool on Saturday from 12noon-1pm or from 5pm – 7pm and Sunday from 12noon – 2pm.
